Gerry Weinberg was an interesting project for us. It started out as a straight-forward web design and SEO (Search gw-smallEngine Optimization) project but changed quickly. They were told by corporate that they had to use the new corporate sitelet (subdomain of sandler.com) and that they couldn’t have a different site. This changed our whole plan but luckily they were invited to be on the beta test team.
Our role changed from a simple SEO project to being a SEO consultant for the corporate sitelet development for over 200 franchisees. While we didn’t get everything we wanted, we were able to make significant suggestions and architecture updates that helped avert a SEO disaster. While this consulting work and initial setup was completed for our client, our changes and suggestions were rolled out to the entire corporate network. The result was that Gerry Weinberg is now ranking for more relevant terms, as opposed to just Gerry Weinberg, and they are seeing an increase in traffic.
We continue to consult with Gerry Weinberg for sitelet updates and suggestions.

Additionally we ramped up a monthly link building campaign to get additional referral and search traffic. Traffic increased over 200% and leads were significantly increased and tracked with conversion tracking implementation.
