Union Social Guest Wi-Fi Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Your mobile number and email address, and your first name if you enter it.
- The consent text shown to you, the date and time you agreed, your device's network identifier (MAC address), the Wi-Fi network name and the IP address used, as proof of consent.
- Whether the one-time verification code was confirmed.
How we use it
- To connect your device to the guest Wi-Fi.
- To send Union Social marketing messages by text and email.
- To honor opt-outs and to keep a record of consent as required by law.
Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the program (Next Level Technology Group LLC as the operator, and our messaging and email delivery providers) and as required by law. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Retention
Consent records are kept for as long as you are enrolled and for four years after you opt out, to document consent. Wi-Fi connection logs are kept for 90 days.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails. To have your information deleted, contact Union Social or email privacy@nltsf.com from the address or number on file.
