Union Social Guest Wi-Fi & Text Message Terms
1. Program description
Union Social Texts is a marketing text message program for guests of Union Social, Harrisburg, SD. Messages include offers, events, live music and menu specials. Messages are sent from +1 877-824-4326 by Next Level Technology Group LLC ("NLT"), the messaging provider for Union Social.
2. Enrollment and consent
Complimentary guest Wi-Fi at Union Social is offered in exchange for joining the Union Social text and email list. You enroll by entering your mobile number and email address on the guest Wi-Fi sign-in page (Union Social Free Wifi network), agreeing to receive marketing messages by text and email, and confirming the one-time code we text you. If you do not wish to receive marketing messages, do not use the guest Wi-Fi; you can stop messages at any time after enrolling (see section 5) and keep using the Wi-Fi.
3. Message frequency
Up to 4 messages per month. Occasional additional messages around special events.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Union Social and NLT do not charge for this program.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to re-enroll. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails.
6. Help
Reply HELP to any message, or contact Union Social at unionsocialsf.com, or NLT at support@nltsf.com.
7. Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your phone number, email, consent record and Wi-Fi device identifier are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for their marketing.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued enrollment after a change means you accept the updated terms.
